Perhaps the timing of one of my group retreats doesn’t work for you. Or you prefer introspection and reflection without a large group, I offer One-on-One or Very Small Group retreats over one or more day(s). I DO recommend being in a place away from your home and there are several options I can arrange according to your wishes. Tell me what you like in terms of location and I’ll do the work of finding the perfect place for us to take this journey.
Together we’ll talk about your vision, goals, hopes and what currently may be holding you back from achieving what you want life to look/feel like. We'll discover your core values, whether you are honoring them and how to make some desirable adjustments. We’ll discuss habits that can be tweaked and ways to think about things in a new light. You’ll create a plan to have a life more aligned with who you are and what you want. Your life, your way.
I’ll be curious, make inquiries, use visualization, meditation, clarifying exercises, nature walks, visioning and action steps.

Before
Before our time together, you’ll set intentions. I’ll have you fill out an assessment on your life (career) and begin to think about what matters most to you. This gives you an opportunity to begin the thought process prior to our session. Feel free to be curious, ask questions and discuss these as we prepare for our time together. This process should not be overwhelming or anxiety producing but should provide you with clarity around what you wish to accomplish over our time together.
During
We will spend several hours together when I will ask questions meant to help you clarify your vision and goals. Don’t worry, it’s not going to be grueling, I’ll make it fun, results oriented and rewarding. I may use periods of silence as a tool to help you become more introspective, when necessary. Sharing meals over our time together will provide connection and relaxation time, when you don’t have to feel like we are still working.
After
I’ll do at least two 30-minute check-ins with you after the end of our in-person retreat which can be held by phone, Zoom or in person (if possible). If you want any follow-up coaching sessions, we can arrange those as well.
Costs will vary depending on the location and the number of days you want to work together. I know of several great get away spots in Arizona and love researching other parts of the country as well.
Included in my fee will be:
